NYFW: A/W2015 David Tlale
A unique point of view - most designers have it, and nobody does it better than David Tlale. Sitting front row for his A/W 2015 Collection, we were pleasantly surprised when supermodel - and our personal muse - Tyson Beckford walked out for a second season in a row. The collection had everything one can look for in a line: neutrals, a layered tribal pattern, switching into gold and silver metallics, and so much more. Dividing the collection up into sections worked for Tlale due to the seamless transition he always manages to pull off. Our personal men's favorite was Beckford's all black ensemble with black gloves, see through button-down shirt, and the main piece, an intricately detailed blazer.
At the conclusion of the show, guests were enthusiastically appluding the collection, including the pageantry trifecta - Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA - while model Nykho Paul, Beckford, and Ttale made their way up and down the runway.
