IN CROWD: CAT Footwear SS16 Launch

After attending last year's CAT Footwear press preview, we were excited to head over to their annual press event with an exclusive first look at their Spring/Summer 2016 collection. Located in Bryant Park on top of spiraled staircase, CAT Footwear's presentation was done to perfection, mixing in their classic ruggedness along with their push towards making their boots fashion-friendly. We could see almost any of their boots on our #EdgarAllanFaux in downtown Brooklyn, while they are versatile enough for a #HopelessRomantic Saturday night post-dinner date stroll on Park Avenue. Drinks were provided courtesy of Liberated Wines, whom have vineyards in Monterey and all over California.

The highlight of the party was the CAT brand ambassador [called #Earthmovers] challenge, where you had to tell the brand how you inspire others. The grand prize included a one year contract with CAT Footwear as a brand ambassador, cash (yes, please!), boots, and a professional photo shoot. Guests were scrambling, trying to figure out what to say, but with our muse Peter Roessler taking the videos, we were at ease behind the camera.
