#INCROWD- MDRN SHOWROOM

We love an event where all different forms of artistry come together and we got this and more at the MDRN showroom. Interior designer Warren Kay launched Intelligent Living at the MDRNshowroom right in the heart of Gramercy on Broadway. In addition, Modernes' publisher Loy Carlos- collaborating with Classiques- previewed their Winter 2018 issue with cover stars, singer Michael Bolton and even planner to stars, Larry Scott. The launch truly brought in a multitude of artistry from fashion, art, design, and real estate moguls from all over New York City.

Walking in to the space, we adored transformation of the showroom, bringing in a beautiful decorated space for the holiday festivities. Flatiron florist Blooming Affairs really brought the space to a new life with the variety of flowers they had throughout the showroom. In NYC, space is literally at a premium so we absolutely went mad over the Intelligent Living transformable modular system. What seemed as a regular bed had remote control technology to go back into a wall or even just stand up. Its perfect for a guest bedroom that isn't used often or a space saver in apartments anywhere. MDRN's technology and lifestyle is match made in New York City heaven, stepping up the game of luxury lifestyle living in tight spaces.

The MDRN showroom featured original artworks throughout the space, giving the space a home-like feel even in the midst of the event. The artist, Manuel Knappand Vianey is the founder of the COOL ART movement and has the talent to back it up. Guests were really enjoying the art pieces, snapping pictures of themselves next to them while sipping on cocktails and wine from Pampelonne. We enjoyed the champagne very much along with the hors d’oeuvres from Flatiron Restaurant OBICA, and holiday treats which featured MDRN designed cookies by Artistic Creations.
